In the eyes of the law, she does have to prove she is telling the truth so basically she is seen as lying until proven not too be. The accused TI, unfortunately just has to counter her statements but he doesn’t have to prove he is telling the truth. She has to prove without a reasonable doubt that she’s being honest. Allegations without proof is a rumor...Kandi is right and when a person is in the public eye or have money people will set them up for money settlements etc and it’s extremely easy to get other people in on it when money is involved.
